Mechanical Engineer

Summary of Job Description:

The Mechanical Engineer will be working under the direction of the Sr Project Engineer, the Mechanical Design Engineer will create 3-D CAD models and assemblies in support of proper design at the component or subsystem level. The Mechanical Design Engineer will also work collaboratively with other engineers and designers the design and development of vehicle transportation systems for Military applications.

Job Requirements:

New Product Design Experience
Experience with design of vehicle suspension systems
Experience with steering axles and Trunnion Suspension experience are a bonus
Siemens NX Solid Modeling experience
Ansys Mechanical APDL(structural analysis)
Experience developing vehicle transport systems a plus
BOM generation
Familiar in product development utilizing weldments fabrication, sheet metal fabrication and Bolted Joints
