Description:
STS Technical Services is hiring Recruiters in Wichita, Kansas.

Job Duties:
Researches and develops recruiting strategies to target and recruit top talent.
Recruits, screens, interviews, selects, and places job candidates best suited for requirements as indicated on the employment
Develop and execute recruiting plans to support hiring strategies.
Network and develop rapport with colleges/universities, community organizations, industry contacts, trade groups, and employees.
Partner, educate and consult with hiring managers and HR Leaders on recruitment process, strategy and expectations; including background checks.
Work with managers to build an understanding of open positions and departments.
Determines applicant qualifications by utilizing behavior-based interviewing and assessment techniques, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements and present pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
Assess potential candidates for fit within the position identified; including: skills, education, experience, competency, and cultural alignment.
Participate in hiring events/ career fairs to source candidates.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding and enforcing regulations related to fair recruitment practices (Complies with all federal, state, and company policies and procedures such as OFCCP, EEO, ADA.
