Job Description:
Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience. Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility. Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work. Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment. Works under general direction.



PROJECT/SKILLS
-Describe the project they will be working on: CNC 5axis composite trim programming aerospace..
-Job Description/Responsibilities: NC Programmer of 5 axis routers to perform trim and drill operations on composite panels for an aircraft.
-What are the Top 3-5 Skills needed to perform this role/job?: 5 axis programming, MasterCam, Vericut, able to interpret GD&T, UG/NX or Catia experience.
-Top 3-5 Soft Skills for culture fit: Able to use technology effectively to communicate.
-Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): 5+ years’ experience programming 5 axis.
